How it works
Directly through the retailer
As a company, you set up a fitting package with an authorized SECOSOL® retailer. This creates the foundation for a smooth fitting process for your employees – clearly organized, legally secure, and without unnecessary administrative effort.
On-site consultation
Your employees visit the retailer directly, where they receive personal consultation and digital foot measurement. Based on these results, they are fitted with the appropriate SECOSOL® solution – from a preventive footbed to a fully customized insole. This ensures optimal care for every employee.
Individual fittings
Even for more complex foot conditions, the retailer remains your first point of contact, provided the costs are covered by either the employee or you as the employer. Measurements are taken there, production is handled by HARTMANN, and delivery is made again through the retailer. This keeps the entire process in one place – professional, reliable, and efficient. If the fitting is covered by a public payer (e.g. German Pension Insurance, Employment Agency, or Welfare Office), it must be handled through a medical supply store. In this case, measurement, production, and delivery are carried out there, and an application must also be submitted to the payer.
Simple billing
If your company covers the costs, billing is handled conveniently and directly through the retailer. You benefit from a clearly structured, transparent process that eases your internal workflows while ensuring all services are legally compliant.
