Whether a comfort footbed or a custom-made insole – SECOSOL® follows a clear principle: safety in the shoe combined with appropriate support in everyday working environments. The certified system connects insole solutions with tested safety shoes and provides suitable solutions for different requirements.

High requirements

Safety shoes and orthopaedic insoles must meet high standards in terms of function and comfort in accordance with DGUV Rule 112-191. For this reason, only insoles certified for the respective safety shoe may be used. This ensures that the protective function of the safety shoe is maintained. SECOSOL® takes these requirements into account and enables tested combinations of safety shoes and insoles.

Research & development

In collaboration with testing and research institutes, universities and occupational safety experts, technologies and fitting concepts have been developed for the SECOSOL® system to support comfortable walking and standing in everyday work. Many years of experience from working with professional athletes have also been incorporated into the development of SECOSOL® products. This has resulted in a comprehensive concept for insole solutions in safety shoes.

SECOSOL® – made in the EU

SECOSOL® products stand for high-quality manufacturing, modern technologies and defined quality standards – made in the EU. Production within the European Union enables short delivery routes and controlled manufacturing conditions. At the same time, high requirements apply to quality and production within the EU. SECOSOL® combines functionality and comfort with a clear commitment to quality.

Type-tested, certified and compliant

SECOSOL® is certified and type-tested by the Prüf- und Forschungsinstitut Pirmasens e.V. (PFI) and complies with the requirements of the German Social Accident Insurance regulations (DGUV Rule 112-191) as well as Austrian standards (ÖNorm). This ensures that the combination of insole and safety shoe is tested and that the protective function of the shoe is maintained.

Multibrand: Over 3,800 models

More than 3,800 safety shoe models from over 60 manufacturers are currently certified and type-tested within SECOSOL® - THE SYSTEM. Additional manufacturers and models are continuously added.
