As a general rule, your first point of contact is always an authorized retailer. There, you’ll receive personal consultation, digital measurement, and the right fitting – all the way up to a custom-made insole. Only in special cases is the direct route through a medical supply store the better option.

Through the retailer
The SECOSOL® retailer supports you from the very beginning. They perform the digital analysis, determine the correct fitting, and organize your PREMIUM fitting if needed: measurement at the retailer, production by HARTMANN, and delivery again through the retailer. This means everything stays in one place – reliable, professional, and efficient. Even for more complex foot misalignments, fittings can be carried out through the retailer, provided the costs are covered by the employee or employer.
Through your employer
If your company has an agreement with the retailer, you benefit from clear procedures: you receive your SECOSOL® fitting directly through the retailer, and billing is handled easily through your employer.
Through a medical supply store
If you have complex foot problems, you can also contact HARTMANN directly. There, your individual SECOSOL® PREMIUM will be measured, produced, and delivered. Costs are generally covered by public institutions such as the German Pension Insurance, Employment Agency, or Welfare Office.
